General
By placing an order with Eighty-Five Reserve, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and our brand, ensuring a clear and fair experience.
Product Availability
All fragrances are crafted in small batches and released in limited quantities. Once sold out, availability cannot be guaranteed. Restocks or re-releases may occur at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Orders
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it — your purchase is secured only once payment is completed.
Payments
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or store your credit card details.
Shipping
Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. We currently ship within the United States only. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our fragrances, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. While we package with care, Eighty-Five Reserve is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
Intellectual Property
All brand assets, product designs, and creative content associated with Eighty-Five Reserve are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
